| Insurance The College Tour is carried out through the cooperation of Eta Theta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and the ETL Education Foundation. Alpha Phi Alpha has partnered with HRH/Kirklin Co., LLC to provide liability insurance for the College Tour. Lodging Security Eta Theta Lambda Chapter and the ETL Education Foundation are quite attentive to providing a memorable and safe Tour experience. In addition to securing appropriate insurance, lodgings are carefully selected, additional security is contracted at each hotel, and chaperones include at least two registered nurses. Pace Car At least two chaperones drive the Tour route remaining two to three hours in front of the buses. These chaperones pre-check participants into hotels, inspect roadside stops, and serve other needs of the Tour |
