• The cost of the 2017 College Tour is $675 plus $135 for selected prepaid meals (approximately
    10-12 meals).  The College Tour application is completed online and is available on this website.  
    A $125 non-refundable deposit is due with each completed application.  The $125 deposit and
    subsequent payments may be paid by credit or debit card via PayPal.  Checks made payable to
    ETL Education Foundation may be sent to:  ETL Education Foundation, P.O. Box 501, West
    Hempstead, NY 11552.


  • The College Tour experience begins weeks before the date of departure with a series of
    informational and motivational workshops held on the campus of Adelphi University in Garden
    City, New York.  Students who participate in the College Tour from outside of the New York
    Metro area will experience the workshops through our Virtual University Initiative.

  • One week prior to departure students and parents participate in a mandatory orientation
    program.  This program provides participants with the necessary information to insure a
    successful Tour.

high school students to the variety of
higher education options offered by
historically Black colleges and
universities, and through campus
visitation provide opportunities for
students to observe and participate in
aspects of college life and interact with
admissions personnel.
